Chloe Bristol
Chloe Bristol is an illustrator based in Hollywood, California. She lives in a bright yellow apartment building surrounded by banana trees with her partner, Jack, who is a successful graphic designer in the video game industry. They have two beautiful cats named Milton and Fran Lebowitz, and a less beautiful but equally lovable dog named Huck. She has an affinity for all things mystery, especially mysteries written by Agatha Christie, Raymond Chandler or Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Chloe studied at Art Center College of Design and graduated with a BFA in Entertainment Arts in 2014. Since then, she has worked as a Visual Development artist at numerous studios including Disney, Paramount, and Netflix – where she was most recently employed as an Art Director on an animated feature film. She has also had the great fortune of illustrating two picture books entitled Good Books for Bad Children: The Genius of Ursula Nordstrom by Beth Kephart (Random House/Anne Swartz Books) and Nonsense: The Curious Story of Edward Gorey by Lori Mortenson (HarperCollins/Versify).
