Marie is an illustrator, animator and designer who specialises in character design, children’s book illustrations and flash design for digital advertising.
She studied at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen then the National College of Art in Dublin, and has over ten years of industry experience, working with Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, pens and pencils. Nature and the outdoors life are the main sources of inspiration for Marie whose character designs are often based on animals, but she is also fond of her (not regular enough) trips to London and finds great inspiration here too.
She has produced work for a broad selection of clients such as Sainsbury, Pinwheel Publishing, Cancer Research, M&C Saatchi, The BBC, BMI, The Natural History Museum, T-mobile, Pot Noodle, Sony, BT, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Transport for London, Fairy non-bio, Sunsilk, Royal Mail, The Home Office, Tesco, Virgin Holidays, and The World Wildlife Fund.
